Unshaken in the Storm

Life today feels like one constant wave after another — economic instability, global unrest, and the pressures of everyday responsibilities. But Psalm 46:5 reminds us: “God is within her, she will not fall.”
When you are anchored in God, no storm can uproot you. Ruth is a perfect example — she left everything familiar, faced uncertainty, and chose to cling to God and His people. Her loyalty and faith brought her into a season of redemption she never imagined.

Practical Tools for Staying Unshaken:

1. Anchor Your Day in the Word: Spend at least five minutes with a verse that speaks to your current season. Write it on a sticky note where you’ll see it often.
2. Speak Life Over Yourself: Replace “I can’t handle this” with “God is within me — I will not fall.”
3. Build a Faith Circle: Surround yourself with women who remind you of God’s truth when fear or doubt tries to creep in.

Today’s Climate Application:
The world is quick to stir fear and division, but we are called to be different. Like Ruth, choose commitment over convenience, faith over fear, and unity over isolation. When others see you standing firm with grace, you become a living testimony of God’s faithfulness.
Storms may come, but your foundation is not the economy, politics, or trends — it’s the
unshakable presence of God.

Journal Prompt:
Think of a time when fear tried to sway your decisions. How can you replace those thoughts with truth from Scripture? List at least two replacement verses.

Principle:
Faith, not fear, determines my future.
