CURVX On The Go: The Empty Vessel (Why I Had to Go to Bethel to Get Full)

Welcome to a brand-new segment in our refreshed community newsletter: CURVX On The Go. As we step into this new season of expansion, I want to bring you along with me. I want to take you behind the scenes—beyond the coaching screens and masterclass modules—into the real, lived experiences that shape the vision of our community.

And there is no better place to debut this section than my recent trip to Bethel.

If I am completely honest with you, I arrived on that trip as an empty vessel. As high-achieving women, we spend so much of our daily lives pouring out—into our families, our businesses, our clients, and our ministries. But you cannot sustain a legacy on fumes. I knew that to hold the new weight of what we are building in this next season, my own capacity had to be expanded. I had to intentionally position myself to be poured into.

The environment at Bethel was nothing short of a spiritual reset. Being surrounded by women who are moving in such profound purpose and unapologetic authority was exactly the atmosphere my spirit required. A massive highlight for me was connecting with Lisa and Jenn Johnson. Their authenticity, worship, and leadership are true examples of what it looks like to walk heavily in your appointed calling without losing your heart in the process.

I went in empty, but I can confidently tell you: the strategy worked. I left completely full.

I walked away with a deeply clarified vision, a radically expanded capacity for the work ahead, and a profound sense of gratitude. When you place yourself in the right environment and allow yourself to simply receive, the restoration is incredible. I am moving forward into this next chapter with a fresh fire to lead, teach, and activate you all.

My challenge to you this week is this: Where are you going to get filled? When was the last time you permitted yourself to be the empty vessel?

You do not have to have it all together all the time. Sometimes, the most powerful, sovereign move you can make is to step away, find an environment that elevates your spirit, and let yourself be poured into.

Stay activated,
